How do I place an order?
You may place an order using our easy and secure website or email us. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Are your payments secure? I don’t want to give you my bank card details.
Yes, all payments are handled by third-party bank custodians Stripe and your bank card information never hits our servers.

What form of payment does Instocking LLC accept?
We accept PayPal and major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

When the order payment is taken from my bank account?
The payment will be taken from your bank account at the time of order is submitted successfully.

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Orders submitted online can be delivered to all countries. The shipping charge differs on the shipping address and package content. For more detail, you can check out when checking out.

How will my order be shipped?
Many items are shipped via standard methods using carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days, depending on available inventory. We do not process orders on Sundays, or any major holidays. Missing or incorrect information, ranging from incorrect credit card information to an incorrect billing address, may delay the ordering process. Please contact us if you need to change order information after the order has been submitted.

How long will delivery take?
Around 5-9 business days, you will get the package. Please note that there may be delays on rare occasions or in remote areas due to the COVID-19 impact.

What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.

Are you a factory or trading company?

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
To minimize any delay in resolving a damage or wrong shipment claim, pls keep the damaged products or wrong shipment remain in the original carton.
Please notify Instocking LLC of any damages in transit or wrong shipment within two (2) business days of receipt. An Instocking LLC sales representative will reply to you within 24 hours with solutions.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel or change your order before shipment. Pls, contact us about the shipment situation first.
